Are you doing Veganuary? Take a look at some of Wok&Go's best vegan options

The last 12 months have been a bit of a rollercoaster. If only we had £1 for every time we heard the phrases “new normal” we’d be as big as McDonald’s! From home workouts, having a break from the booze or date nights at home, we’ve all had to try new things over the past year and now could be the perfect time to try a new way of eating.

Adopting a vegan lifestyle has become growingly popular over the past few years and Veganuary is just another initiative that will help grow the number of people adopting this sort of lifestyle. Veganuary is a not for profit organisation which aims to encourage people to try and adopt a vegan diet for January and beyond. With over 400,000 people taking part in the campaign in 2020, you could say the project is a success. So, in the spirit of talking about vegan foods, we thought we’d highlight some of the best vegan-friendly products you can get at Wok&Go.

5 - Vegan Tofu Hot Box

Controversial choice in at number 5 as this one could easily be number 1. When we say this box is filled to the brim, we mean it. If you like hot food there is absolutely nothing better than this, just make sure you’ve got a glass of milk on hand!

4 - Spring Rolls & Crispy Dumplings

We couldn’t pick between these two so you’ll just have to order both and thank us later. Crispy, piping hot inside and filled to burst, our spring rolls and dumplings are absolutely perfect on the side of any box.

3 - Salt & Pepper Tofu

One from the street food menu for you! Our salt and pepper tofu street food box has everything to hit the taste buds. Tofu, onions, spring onions, peppers we could go on and on. An absolute must-try from the very much slept on street food menu.

2 - Vegan Thai Green Curry

Another potential controversial choice in the form of our highly popular curry dishes. Green or red, take your pick! We’ve gone with the green here (personal preference) but if we did this in a poll we know it would be a lot closer. The best thing about the dish? It’s only available in regular or large, so you’re getting a lot of noodles.

1 - Vegan Sassy Satay Box

Number one, numero uno, other ways of saying first place. The king of the vegan menu is without a doubt the sassy satay box. It has the best name, it has the most flavour and it is absolutely packed full of fresh ingredients. Beware, this box does contain nuts so we’re sorry to those who are allergic but this doesn’t knock it from first place for us.

Right, we’re absolutely starving after writing that one out so we’re just popping out to order one of each on this list! Hopefully, you agree with what we think here but if not tag us on social media with your favourite vegan dishes!
